Visit to Revna & Rien in Gouda

Visit to Gouda on 22-04-2010 with a nice walk along the water, the weather was very nice, the sun was shining, however, a bit windy, but apart from the it was nicely warm in the sun.

An Iceland volcano has erupted and has send a lot of dust in to the air, which has caused a beautifull sunset, because of the dust, we had an orange-red sunset.
A negative effect of this was that all airports in north-west europe are closed from thursday afternoon till at least saturday morning. This has caused major problems for peopel travelling.

Arinta on the bicycle

Arinta's new experience, Biking.

Last year Arinta started a new experience, or almost new experience, last year she ride the bike, after not have ride a bike for almost 30 years.





Today, 05-04-2010 (Easter Monday), we took a bicycling trip from our home to the center of Drunen to enjoy Drunens Paas festijn.

In the beginning the feeling was a bit strange, but on the way back, it already went better, so more biking rides will come up and will improve the bike driving even more.

Of course we had to take some action pictures so we can show that Arinta is able to drive the bike.

Unfortunately on the way back home, the sun had disappeared and it was cloudy, but still it was a nice ride.
