Today, my colleague Patrick returned from his Business trip to Jakarta (Indonesia), Mumbai (india) and Colombo (Sri Lanka).
During is trip, he visited Arinta in Jakarta, where he had a good time, having a drink, dinner and good music, I gave him some souvenirs, which he handed over to Arinta.
Arinta gave him something too, a suitcase with "some" clothes, which he would bring to the Netherlands and hand over to me.
This morning he handed over the suitcase to me, when I was home later that day I opened up the suitcase with surprise of all the clothes that came out of the suitcase; winter jackets, trousers, tanktops, sweaters, fleece vests, t-shirts, jackets all very nice clothes.
As a cherry on the cake Arinta also put in 3 very nice t-shirts for me, thanks cinta.
After taking out all the clothes I put the winter jackets on the peg and the other clothes on hangers in our bedroom to ventilate.... now our bedroom lokes like a (womens) clothing shop, womens clothes all over the bedroom, I can imagine that Arinta has hardly any clothes to wear, as most of her clothes must be in Holland (or will I get another surprise the next time Arinta come to Holland...?).
I am happy that Arinta is comming back to Holland piece by piece, but prefer the real Arinta above the clothes....
Well we know that we are working on the future, Arinta is doing a great job with the Dutch course, which she started on October 5th and ending noverber 10th, after which she will start with the second course shortly after ending the first and also apply for her "inburgerings" exam, if everything goes well the exam will be shortly after ending the second course, hopefully Arinta would be doing her exam begin of december.
It is good we are making small steps ahead and have some dates and point to focus on, which will make the seperation and the longing for each other more bearable, if one step is finished, we can look forward to the next, one step closer to each other.
